You can find our products in Bimbo Bakeries, North America’s largest bread baker and distributor. We also sell our products through H.T. Hackney.

Who We Are

Our local, medium-sized bakery traces its roots back to 1947, to Wade’s Bakeries. In 2016, Beth Dible and Tim Rash bought Quality Bakers of Tennessee, LLC. Today, they motivate us to improve on what we do so we can grow our company.

Our Equipment and Facility

Our team utilizes modern, automated production machinery and specialty handwork stations and ovens in producing our delicious products. We do this in our facility in East Knoxville on Holston Drive, which was built in 1970 and expanded to 14,000 square feet in 2010.
